REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION TO STD. XII

1. Students coming from the Local Higher Secondary School who have passed Std XI Examination will have to obtain a Leaving Certificate and a Character certificate from the head of the institution last attended (Original & a Xerox copy) pertaining to Std. X and Std. XI Examinations. Admission is subject to availability of seats.

2. Students are to submit one passport size photograph at the time of admission and three photographs at the time of issuing hall ticket for Board Examinations.

3. Students who have passed examination of other Boards have to bring besides the above mentioned documents, an eligibility certificate.

Instructions for Online Admissions and Fee Structure 2021-22

1. The applicant has to visit the school website. Under the link ‘Admission’, select the option ‘Buy e-Prospectus’. Enter the Student Name, Mobile No., Email Address and the Stream you are opting for. Click on ‘Buy Prospectus’. Complete the payment process. On successful payment a 7 digit prospectus no. will be displayed which is to be noted down. The prospectus no. will be linked to the stream selected. Separate prospectus need to be purchased if applying for multiple streams.

In case you do not receive the Prospectus No., then kindly call on 2714546/2710027/2725354 between 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and also send an email to  rosaryhrsec_1988@yahoo.com

2. Visit the school website (www.rosaryhssnavelim.in). Select ‘Admission’ from the menu and choose ‘Fill Admission Form’ sub-menu. Kindly read the Terms and Conditions and accept the same if agreed upon by clicking the appropriate button. Select the Stream, enter the Prospectus No. (Eg.1234567) and the mobile no. You have to enter the same details that were submitted at the time of purchase of the Prospectus. Click on `Submit`. The appropriate form based on the prospectus no. purchased will appear on the screen.

3. Fill in the application form with the correct details. All the fields are mandatory. After entering the marks of each subject, click on “Calculate Total”. The total marks and percentage will appear. Note that Sports marks are not added to the total. Care should be taken while entering the marks and grades obtained. Goa Board students need to enter the Marks as well as the Grades as mentioned in the Std.X mark sheet. This form can be saved for changes which can be retrieved later but once confirmed the details cannot be changed.

4. Those directly qualifying should follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

5. The admission merit list will be displayed on the web site on 17th July 2021 for which the online payment has to be done on the same day otherwise admission stands cancelled. IN CASE SEATS ARE AVAILABLE there will be another list displayed on the website on 18th July 2021.

6. Incase the admission formalities are not completed on the prescribed date and time, the admission stands cancelled.

Note that, admission will be confirmed only after submission of self attested copy of Mark Sheet, original School Leaving Certificate.

Below are the Streamwise cut off Percentages for 2021-22

1. Arts – Overall 80% and above

2. Commerce – Overall 80% and above and for those opting for Maths must have 75% and above in Maths (restricted to 35 students).

3. Science – Overall 80% and above and 85% and above for Maths & Science individually. Score of Entrance Exam conducted by Goa Board is mandatory during submission of documents.

4. Vocational – CRM: Overall 70% and above.

5. Vocational – HCS: Overall 55% and above.

6. Vocational – CT: Overall 60% and above with 60% and above for Maths.

NOTE: For Rosary and Perpetual High School students, the overall percentage is 1% less than the one mentioned above against each stream.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED 

  1. Self Attested photocopy of Class X mark sheet. 
  2. Original copy of School Leaving Certificate.
  3. One recent passport size photograph of the student and both parents.   
  4. Candidates who have passed out from other Boards of Examination have to submit the transfer and migration certificate. 
  5. Self Attested photocopy of ST/SC Certificate if applicable.
  6. Self Attested photocopy of the Aadhaar card of the Student.
  7. Self Attested photocopy of the bank passbook of the Student.

On 2/8/2021 From 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm – Vocational – Computer Technique
