Voice of Rosary 2022

The Cultural Committee of Rosary Higher Secondary School Navelim organised the Annual Singing Competition ‘Voice of Rosary 2022’ for the students across all streams in the English, Konkani, Hindi and Duet category.
The judges for the competition were eminent Personalities in the Field of music, Mr. Neil D’Cruz, Ms. MaryJo DeMello and Mr. Andrew Ferrao along with the Principal of the Higher Secondary, Madam Magaret Dias and the Manager Fr. Gabriel Coutinho who were also Present for the Program.
For the English category the first place was bagged by Mast. Shravan Naik, second by Mast. Daiwik Dias and Mast. Mark Rodrigues bagged the third place subsequently.
In Konkani Category, the first place was bagged by Miss Victoria Da Costa, second by Miss Lea De Cunha and third by Miss Daniella Sales.
The first prize in the Hindi category was awarded to Mast. Arjun Bhatkande and Mast. Abdul Shaikh Secured the second place.
In the Duet category, Messima and Ashan bagged the first place while Levi and Sweesha secured the second place.
All singers were backed by the Rosary Band which helped elevate the performance of the singers.
The judges urged the singers to take their singing talent to the next level and to make music as their Profession. They also urged the students to be creative and put forth their original songs for the competition.
The vote of thanks was proposed by the Convenor of the Cultural Committee Tr. Saozinha Fernandes.
